Marcus is the operations-floor AI employee. After Sarah books a call, Marcus assigns it to a tech, updates your FSM, and notifies the field. When a job runs over, Marcus reshuffles the schedule and tells affected customers.

Integrates with Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, and others. Every new job, schedule change, or completion pushes to the FSM automatically — no copy/paste, no double entry.

Texts your techs in seconds

New job assigned? Tech gets an SMS with the address, customer name, phone, job summary, and special notes. Reply STOP to decline (Marcus reroutes). Reply CONFIRM to accept.

Reshuffles when jobs run long

If a 1-hour job becomes a 3-hour job, Marcus sees it (via FSM status or tech text), reschedules affected appointments, and notifies customers with an apology and a new window.

Coordinates with Sarah on inbound calls

When Sarah books an emergency, Marcus instantly picks the right responder. The customer hears their tech's name + ETA before the call ends.

What if my techs don't want to be SMS'd?
You configure how each tech is notified — SMS, Slack, push notification via the Morthn mobile app, or all of the above. Some shops route everything to a shared Slack channel; some send to individual phones.
When does Marcus actually launch?

How does Marcus handle conflict resolution?
Two jobs want the same tech at the same time → Marcus surfaces it to you for a call. He doesn't make business-judgment decisions on his own (which customer to disappoint). Operational decisions are autonomous; judgment calls escalate.

Yes. Marcus dispatches whatever inbound jobs come from any source — Sarah, your own phone, your existing booking widget, Jobber bookings, manual entries.
