What counts as a "conversation"?+
One inbound interaction — a call, a DM thread, or a website chat session. A 15-minute call counts the same as a 30-second one. We don't nickel-and-dime on length.
What happens if I go over my plan limit?+
Sarah keeps working. Overages are $0.15/conversation and $0.12/voice-minute, billed at end-of-month. We'll email you at 80% so there are no surprises.
Can I switch tiers later?+
Yes — up or down, any month. Pro-rated. Upgrading to done-for-you mid-cycle credits whatever you've paid that month.
What's the difference between Scale and done-for-you?+
Scale gives you the software at higher limits — you still do setup, training, tuning. Done-for-you means we do all of that, weekly. Same Sarah underneath, different operational model.
Is there a contract?+
No. Both self-serve and done-for-you are month-to-month. Cancel anytime in the dashboard or by emailing us.
What's the 14-day money-back guarantee on done-for-you?+
If we don't have Sarah live and booking inside 14 calendar days, you get the setup fee + first month refunded in full. No questions asked.
Do you offer annual discounts?+
