Why Morthn

We put ourselves on the hook. You don’t pay until it works.

You don’t have to take our word for it. A real person runs your account — you’ll know their name. Call our AI and hear it work. The guarantee puts the risk on us — and we’ll give you straight answers on security, including what we’re still building.

The guarantee

We take the risk of going first.

You don’t pay until it’s live and working

You don’t pay a cent until your first automation is live and handling real work. We put it live within 14 days of signing; your card is on file and the first charge only happens once it’s live. If we don’t get it live in 14 days, you owe nothing and we part as friends. After that it’s month-to-month — no long contract, cancel any time with one email, and your data is yours to export or delete.

  • Don’t pay until it’s live

You don’t pay until your first automation is live and working — within 14 days, or you owe nothing.

  • Month-to-month

No long contract, no early-termination fee. One email cancels it — billing stops at the end of the period.

  • Your data is yours

Exportable before and for 30 days after you cancel. Delete on request. Nothing held hostage.

The plan is $1,997/mo + $1,997 setup, first automation included. This is the whole guarantee, written the same way in our Terms of Service (§4) — the page and the contract say the same thing on purpose.

Not a faceless tool

A real person is accountable for every piece.

We set it up, you sign off, we run it. You’re not buying software and a support queue — you’re buying a team that runs it for you and stands behind the result.

We set it up, you sign off, we run it

You connect your tools once. We set up every automation to sound like you and follow your rules, and nothing that matters happens without your one-tap okay.

A human checks every connection before it runs

No automation goes live off a checkbox. A person checks each connection and watches the first runs before it handles real work.

A named human owns the outcome

Every account has one person at Morthn who owns it — someone to call, not a ticket number. When you call, you reach the people who built and run your setup.

Built and run by a real human, not a ticket queue

The whole reason to hand this over is that a real person is standing behind it. That’s what you’re buying — the AI is how one person can run all the office work.

That person is Aiden Seidell, founder & operator. About Morthn →

Security & data

Straight answers about where your data goes.

The short version is below. The full details live on Security, the complete subprocessor list is in the privacy policy, and if you’re technical, the engineering side — proof coverage, compliance-as-code, the API — is on How it’s built.

Encrypted in transit

Everything moves over TLS.

Connected-system credentials encrypted at rest

The keys to the accounts you connect (Stripe, Meta, and your social accounts) are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We’re completing migration of older records now.

Passwordless sign-in

Login is a one-time magic link — no password to breach or reuse. Sessions are revocable.

Your data is scoped to you

Your records and workspace are isolated to your account at the application layer — never visible to another business.

AI providers don’t train on your data

Content runs through Anthropic and OpenAI under their commercial API terms, which exclude API inputs and outputs from model training. We don’t train on it either.

Card numbers are never stored

Stripe and Square tokenize payments — we never see or store a card number.

Documented subprocessors

The full list of every service in the path, and what each one sees, is published in the privacy policy.

A written incident-response runbook

If something goes wrong, there’s a documented plan for how we respond — not an improvisation.

Export or delete on request

Your data is yours. Ask and we export it or delete it (beyond what law requires us to keep).

Being straight with you

What we don’t have yet.

We’re early, and we’d rather you hear this from us than find it in a security review:

  • No SOC 2 report or ISO 27001 certification — those are roadmap, not done.
  • No formal two-factor login yet — sign-in is a passwordless magic link, and sessions are revocable.
  • A Data Processing Agreement is available on request, but it isn’t yet a signed standard for every account.

If you need a formal certification today, tell us where you stand and we’ll be honest about whether we’re a fit yet, or whether we should talk again once it’s in place.

No rounding up

Most vendors show you their best month.
We show you the real one.

Every month you get a Worth-It Ledger: what we were actually worth to you that month, graded by how sure we are. The three grades never get mixed together.

Confirmed

Money we can prove

The math on things that actually happened that month, at your real numbers — an invoice paid after we chased it, a vendor seat we cancelled at what it really cost.

Estimated

Money we spotted, not banked yet

Money we found but that hasn’t landed yet — an underpayment we’re still chasing, a subscription that keeps leaking. Shown on its own, never mixed into the confirmed number.

Anchor

What you’d have paid someone else

Work priced at a stated going rate (say, transaction-coordination at the low end of what a person charges). We label it as replacing a fee, not new revenue.

We never invent a number. A month below the fee is shown as a month below the fee — and flagged to us before you have to raise it. And if a source can’t be read, the report says the ledger is incomplete — never quietly reports it as zero. “We couldn’t read the ledger” and “there was no value” are different sentences, and only one of them is ever true.

Proof you can check

We show proof you can check yourself.

We’d rather hand you proof you can check than proof you have to believe. Watch it actually run on a live sample, and read the changelog to see it’s being built this week. No borrowed logos, no made-up testimonials, nothing you can’t check.

Start with a call,
not a leap of faith.

Twenty minutes, no pressure. We’ll find the one bottleneck worth starting with — and if we’re not the right fit yet, we’ll tell you.
