You've seen this happen, probably this quarter.
- 1.
A client's competitor rebranded and you found out two weeks later — when the client asked you about it
- 2.
You're running campaign strategy for 8 clients and can't track 32 competitors by hand
- 3.
Your retainer needs a "strategy" deliverable that doesn't actually cost you 10 hours/week
Sample brief snippet · Agencies
“HubSpot launched a new $20/mo Marketing Starter tier — directly attacking the SMB plan your client is currently overpriced against. Recommended response: drop your $35 tier to $19 or add Starter-exclusive features to defend the price.”
This is the format every brief lands in. Source-cited, strategically read, written so you can forward it to your CMO without editing.

How does multi-workspace work for agencies?+
The Scale plan ($499/mo) lets you create one workspace per client with up to 25 competitors total. Each workspace has its own competitor list, delivery email, and brief history. Briefs can be white-labeled with your agency brand.
Can the brief be sent directly to clients?+
Yes — set the client's email as the delivery email on their workspace, or pipe it to a shared Slack channel. The brief looks like your work, not ours.
What about confidentiality?+
Each workspace is isolated. Your clients can't see each other's data, competitors, or briefs.
