Book rate only reflected the calls Morthn’s AI answered. Bring the calls YOUR front desk took — export the transcripts from your phone system / CRM, or save one call as a .txt — and the same scorer grades them: book rate, missed asks, ask quality, call type, per answerer. Only what’s actually in a transcript is scored; a transcript we can’t split into caller-vs-agent turns is surfaced, never guessed.
Columns: a transcript column, OR call_id + speaker + text (one row per turn) — or just drop one pasted transcript as a .txt (required). Optional: call_id, answered_by (the CSR), date, channel. Any header name — common variants are matched automatically.
