Design your maintenance-agreement program

Pick a trade and your average repair ticket. We load a Good / Better / Best program from published operator benchmarks — you adjust it, and we flag any tier priced below what it costs to deliver. Save it, and your techs can pitch it at the door.

The ticket only computes an illustrative member saving (ticket × discount). It never moves a plan price.

good

Under the ~$19/mo market anchor (ServiceAgent/PipelineOn/SmartService, VENDOR telemetry). Acceptable for a deliberately stripped basic tier; a warning if this is your core plan — it clears cost-to-serve ($9.17/mo) but leaves market money on the table.

better · core

Clears both the cost-to-serve floor ($18.33/mo) and the ~$19/mo market anchor. Priced in a healthy band (VENDOR telemetry).

best

Clears both the cost-to-serve floor ($18.33/mo) and the ~$19/mo market anchor. Priced in a healthy band (VENDOR telemetry).

Member roster

Drop your member roster and the membership engine fills — due-visit reminders, MRR, valuation — instead of typing members in one at a time. Create your plans first; a row naming a plan you don’t have is surfaced, never guessed into one.

Columns: plan / tier, and an email or phone (required). Optional: name, start date. Any header name — common variants are matched automatically.

Where these numbers come from

  • Pricing bands: home-services membership-pricing telemetry (ServiceAgent / PipelineOn / SmartService, VENDOR). Density & renewal benchmarks: Elekes, EGIA / Contractor magazine. Discount tiers: practitioner convention.
  • Member repair-discount tiers (~10% / 15% / 20%) are practitioner convention, not a vendor statistic.
  • Price bands are national VENDOR telemetry, not Morthn results; adjust for your local market.
  • The cost-to-serve floor is arithmetic (visits × cost-per-visit ÷ 12), not a citation.
