This Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into Morthn Terms. Violations may result in enforcement action.

Prohibited Uses

• Using the Services in violation of applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, or platform terms.
• Attempting unauthorized access, privilege escalation, credential abuse, or security testing without written authorization.
• Uploading malware, harmful scripts, or content intended to disrupt service operation.
• Using the Services for fraud, impersonation, deceptive advertising, or unlawful surveillance.
• Using outputs to unlawfully discriminate, harass, or target protected classes.
• Reverse engineering, extracting, or republishing service internals beyond explicitly permitted interfaces.
• Automated scraping or high-volume calls outside approved product workflows or API agreements.
• Infringing intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights of others.

Abuse Reporting

If you identify abuse, suspected account compromise, or policy violations, report details to security@morthn.com with relevant timestamps, account IDs, and supporting evidence.

Enforcement

• Temporary feature restrictions or request throttling.
• Account suspension while investigation occurs.
• Permanent termination for severe or repeated violations.
• Notification to affected parties or authorities where legally required.
