How it works
You connect your existing booking platforms via OAuth (or CalDAV for Apple). Morthn becomes the orchestration layer — incoming bookings from any platform get cross-synced, confirmed via multi-channel reminders, and recovered if missed. The AI calendar also accepts new bookings inbound via the Receptionist + Inbox modules, so a caller can ask "what is your next opening?" and get a real answer + booking in one call.

What if we use Square Appointments AND Calendly?
No problem. Morthn syncs to both, deduplicates, and presents one unified calendar. If a slot books on Square, it blocks on Calendly within 60 seconds, and vice versa.
Can the AI book recurring appointments?
Yes. Weekly cleanings, monthly facials, quarterly checkups all supported. The AI handles series creation, individual reschedules within a series, and cancellation logic per your policy.
What happens if my booking platform goes down?
Morthn caches your availability locally and queues any inbound booking requests. When the platform comes back up, queued bookings sync within 30 seconds. Your customer never sees the downtime.
