What about fake reviews?

Fake or competitor-attack reviews auto-flag for your review and we draft an evidence-backed Google removal request you can submit one-tap. We have hit ~70% removal rate on flagged fakes in internal testing.

Can the AI offer customer credits or refunds?

Only within rules you pre-set during onboarding. Common config: AI can offer up to $50 credit for sub-3-star reviews automatically; anything above that escalates to you. You stay in control of the dollars.

Does it work outside the US?

Google Business Profile + Facebook are global. Yelp is US/CA/UK/AU primarily. We add regional review platforms (Trustpilot, Tripadvisor for hospitality, etc.) on Empire tier.
