How it works
During onboarding, we load 12 lifecycle sequences tuned to your vertical (med-spa templates differ from HVAC templates differ from real-estate templates). You review + approve each one's copy in your voice. The sequences fire automatically from cross-module triggers — booking, review, payment, social engagement. Recipients see your branded sender, your offers, your cadence. Reply handling routes through the Inbox module so personal replies feel personal.

CAN-SPAM + CCPA + CASL compliance built in — every email has a working unsubscribe, every SMS has STOP-handling, every recipient has opt-in tracking. Quiet hours respected (9pm-8am recipient local time). Frequency cap: maximum 4 marketing messages per recipient per 30 days regardless of sequence stacking. Anything that requires explicit prior consent (cold outreach, B2C SMS to new contacts) requires you to confirm opt-in source before send.

Common questions about Lifecycle.
What about existing customer data — can you import?
Yes. CSV import on day 1. Existing CRM sync (HubSpot, Salesforce, GHL, Mailchimp, Klaviyo) on Empire tier with full bidirectional sync.
Can I write my own sequences?
Yes. The 12 templates are starting points. You can add custom sequences via the workspace UI or hand them off to us during onboarding for the AI to draft from your brief.
Will the AI accidentally send to the wrong list?
Sequences are scoped to specific customer segments (defined during onboarding). Cross-segment sends require explicit operator approval. We have never had an "oops, sent to the wrong list" incident in internal testing.
