You connect Stripe / Square + your accounting platform via OAuth. Morthn pulls payment events nightly and writes back invoices, payment links, and reconciliation records. Diane (the AI collections agent) calls accounts overdue >7 days in the customer's local 9am-7pm window โ€” never outside of legal call hours, never more than 3 attempts per cycle, always offering a payment plan as an alternative to pay-now. All call transcripts available in your workspace; all collection actions logged for compliance.

Compliance + guardrails

Can the AI take payments on the phone?
