Can the AI handle complaints?
It handles tier-1 complaints (apology + escalation offer) in approval mode by default. Real complaints + anything legally sensitive auto-flag to you, never auto-reply. You can also blocklist all complaint-tagged messages from auto-mode entirely.
Will it reply to spam?
No. Spam gets classified, logged, and silently moved to a "handled" bucket you can audit weekly. Most operators see 40-60% of inbox volume disappear into spam-handled within month one.
What about email signature, formatting, tone consistency?
Signature templated per channel. Tone trained from your existing sent-mail (you grant read-only access to your last 200 sent messages during onboarding — the AI learns your specific cadence, sentence length, phrasing).
