Examples: Name, email address, account ID, organization profile details
Purposes: Account creation, authentication, support, and service operations
Retention: For account lifetime plus a reasonable post-termination period required for legal, security, and audit needs
Commercial / Subscription Information
Examples: Plan tier, billing status, invoice metadata, payment processor references
Purposes: Subscription management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and accounting
Retention: As required by tax, accounting, and contractual recordkeeping obligations
Internet / Network Activity
Examples: IP address, browser/device metadata, app events, logs, request diagnostics
Purposes: Security monitoring, abuse prevention, performance measurement, and reliability improvements
Retention: Variable by log type; retained only as long as reasonably necessary for operations and security
User-Generated Content
Examples: Scan inputs, creator handles submitted by users, saved records, notes, support messages
Purposes: Delivering scan, scoring, and decision-support workflows
Retention: Until deleted by user/workspace controls or removed under legal retention and compliance constraints
