The 30-second pitch

One engine runs the work. A real person is accountable.

Morthn is the operating layer a business runs on — one AI engine, run for them by a real, accountable person, not a tool they have to manage. It shows up three ways:

Business Automation

We run your back office.

Customers answered and booked, money invoiced and collected, people set up day one and shut off when they leave.

Deal & Contract Office

Win the work. Then don't lose it on paper.

RFPs and proposals written, bids triaged, questionnaires answered, renewals caught before they lapse.

Marketing & Ads

Your marketing department, run for you.

Social, ads, reviews, founder content, and win-backs — planned, made, posted, and replied to.

$1,997/mo — instead of a $48k–$108k salary for the same work.

The offer & the guarantee

Morthn carries the risk of going first.

You don’t pay until it’s live and working

You don’t pay a cent until your first automation is live and handling real work. We put it live within 14 days of signing; your card is on file and the first charge only happens once it’s live. If we don’t get it live in 14 days, you owe nothing and we part as friends. After that it’s month-to-month — no long contract, cancel any time with one email, and your data is yours to export or delete.

  • Don’t pay until it’s live

You don’t pay until your first automation is live and working — within 14 days, or you owe nothing.

  • Month-to-month

No long contract, no early-termination fee. One email cancels it — billing stops at the end of the period.

  • Your data is yours

Exportable before and for 30 days after you cancel. Delete on request. Nothing held hostage.

The plan is $1,997/mo + $1,997 setup, first automation included. Each additional automation is a flat +$500/mo, capped at $4,997/mo total — so adding everything Morthn runs never costs more than the cap. This is the whole guarantee, written the same way in the Terms of Service (§4) — the page and the contract say the same thing on purpose.

The trust answer

They’ll ask: who are you?
Here’s the honest answer.

Morthn is new and doesn’t hide it. Instead of a logo wall it didn’t earn, the trust is built four honest ways — and the whole story lives on morthn.com/trust.

You don’t pay if we don’t deliver

The guarantee is the whole trust posture in one line: you don’t pay until it’s live and working — within 14 days, or you owe nothing — then month-to-month, cancel anytime.

A real person is accountable

Not a faceless tool and a ticket queue. Every account has a named human at Morthn who configures it, watches it, and answers the phone.

Honest security — and what’s not built yet

Straight answers on where data goes, stated right next to what Morthn doesn’t have yet (no SOC 2, no formal 2FA). Candor is the signal.

A ledger that never rounds up

The monthly Worth-It Ledger shows the real month, not the best one. A month below the fee is shown as a month below the fee — and flagged before you have to raise it.

Send them to /trust, /security, and the /changelog to see it for themselves.

See it work

Don’t tell them. Show them.

The demo runs the real engine on a sample business — the actual form, approval, checklist, and report line, not a slideshow. It’s the strongest thing you can put in front of a skeptic.

Watch the engine run

A real flow on a sample business, start to finish.

Who it’s for

Call the businesses that feel the load.

Best fit is an owner-run service business drowning in calls, follow-up, invoicing, or hiring paperwork — the kind of work you’d otherwise pay a salary for.

Med spas & aesthetics

Boutique fitness & studios

Salons & day spas

Dental & health practices

Home & mobile services

DTC / e-commerce brands

Real estate & brokerages

Professional services

Also a fit: businesses that win work on contracts, not walk-ins. Anyone answering RFPs, sending proposals, filling out vendor questionnaires, or living on renewals is a strong fit for the Deal & Contract Office — it rides on top of their stack and never rips out what they already use.

Objection handling

When they push back, say this.

Every answer below is true and matches what’s on the public pages. Read it as written.

"Is this a real company? I've never heard of you."

Say

Fair — they’re new and won’t pretend otherwise. There’s a whole page on exactly this at morthn.com/trust: no borrowed logos, no invented testimonials — just the honest reasons a business can trust them, and a changelog showing they ship something new almost every week. A company that ships in public is a company that’s real.

"What if it doesn't work?"

Say

Then they don’t pay. Nothing is charged until their first automation is live and working — within 14 days of signing, or they owe nothing. After that it’s month-to-month — one email cancels it, no early-termination fee. The risk of going first sits with Morthn, not with you.

"How much is it, really? What are the hidden fees?"

Say

$1,997/mo plus a one-time $1,997 setup, with the first automation included. Each additional automation is a flat +$500/mo, capped at $4,997/mo total — so adding everything they run never costs more than the cap. No hidden fees, and they can cancel anytime.

"Do I lose control? Am I handing over everything?"

Say

No. They approve every action that matters — nothing consequential moves without a one-tap sign-off. A real human checks every connection before it ever runs, they can export or delete their data at any time, and they start with just ONE automation — the one bleeding the most time — not the whole operation.

"Is my data safe?"

Say

Everything moves over encryption in transit, and the credentials for the accounts they connect are encrypted at rest. The AI providers don’t train on their data and neither does Morthn, and card numbers are never stored — payments are tokenized. The straight, complete answer — including what Morthn doesn’t have yet — is on morthn.com/security.

The hand-off

One next step:
book the scoping call.

You don’t close it — you hand it off. Get them to book a short scoping call and Morthn takes it from there: scope the one bottleneck worth starting with, and if it’s not the right fit yet, they’ll say so.
