Marketing & ads
Ads built from your numbers. Watched like it's your money. Because it is.
Campaigns generated from your business's real numbers — what a job is worth, what a lead can cost, how much work you can actually take — with the copy, the audience, and the budget proposed for your approval. Launched on Google and Meta, then watched and tuned every week. Including the part most retainers quietly skip: turning off what doesn't work.
What this module does
Four capabilities that show up in week one.
01
Campaigns from your real numbers
Copy, audiences, and budgets proposed from what a job is actually worth to you, what you can afford per lead, and how much capacity you have — not from a vertical template. You approve the plan before anything runs.
02
Launched on Google + Meta
Search for the people already looking, Meta for the ones who don't know you yet. Conversion tracking wired to calls, forms, and bookings — so "working" means booked work, not clicks.
03
Watched and tuned
Performance checked against your cost-per-lead line every week. Budget shifts toward what converts. What doesn't work gets turned off — the discipline a retainer has no incentive to apply, because the retainer gets paid either way.
04
Reported honestly, losers included
The monthly report shows spend, cost per lead, and what got killed and why — not a screenshot of the one metric that went up. If paid ads turn out not to be your channel, the report will say that too.
How it works
You connect your Google and Meta ad accounts, or we set them up in your name — either way the accounts, history, and audience data stay yours. Onboarding captures the numbers that make ads a math problem instead of a faith exercise: job values, margins, capacity, service area. Campaigns come back as proposals — copy, audience, budget — for your approval before a dollar spends. Once live, performance is watched weekly against your cost-per-lead target: budget moves toward what converts, and what doesn't gets paused or killed. Ad-driven calls and forms land on the Front Desk module, so the leads you pay for actually get answered. A real person on our side owns the accounts alongside the AI.
Integrates with
Compliance + guardrails
Budgets are hard caps you set — the system can spend under your cap, never over it, and never raises it on its own. No campaign launches and no budget increase happens without your explicit approval. Performance is reported honestly, losers included: a campaign that lost money is shown as a campaign that lost money. Ad accounts stay in your name, so if you ever leave, the history and data go with you. No performance guarantees — anyone promising a specific return on ad spend before running a single test is guessing with your card.

FAQ
Common questions about Ad Management.
Do I pay for the ad spend?
Yes. Ad spend is your own budget, paid on your own card, directly to Google and Meta, on ad accounts in your name. The module manages that spend — builds the campaigns, watches them, tunes them, kills the losers — it doesn't include it. That separation is deliberate: you always see exactly what went to the platforms versus what pays for the management.
What if the ads just don't work?
Then you'll be told that, with the numbers attached. Campaigns start as small tests against your cost-per-lead line, and the ones that miss get turned off instead of quietly rolled into next month. For some businesses the honest verdict is that paid ads aren't the best next dollar — and hearing that early is worth more than a retainer that never says it.
How much budget do I need to start?
Enough to run a real test — for most local service businesses that's a few hundred to a couple of thousand dollars a month, scoped in onboarding against your job values. What we won't do is spread a budget so thin across platforms and campaigns that nothing gets enough data to prove itself or fail.
